Tones & Flow Yoga Sound Bath June 2025

Join my self and Leah - Rainbow Crystal Creations twice a month for a rejuvenating experience at the Civic Hall Stourport —a Yoga Sound Bath that promises to be a harmonious blend of movement, sound, and serenity. This two-hour event is designed to guide you through a journey of relaxation and self-discovery, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and reconnect with themselves.

The session will begin with a gentle yoga flow led by our experienced instructor, who will guide you through a series of poses aimed at releasing tension and promoting mindfulness. These movements will help prepare your body and mind for the meditative sound bath that follows.

As you settle into a comfortable position, the room will be filled with the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other melodic instruments. This experience is crafted to help you reach a deep state of relaxation, allowing the harmonious tones to wash over you and clear away mental clutter.

Throughout the event, you’ll have the opportunity to focus on your breath, let go of stress, and embrace the present moment. Whether you are a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this event offers a welcoming space for all levels.
